Refund policy

1. If the customer is a consumer, i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity, he is entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the statutory provisions.

2. If the customer as a consumer makes use of his right of revocation according to the above paragraph 1, he has to bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

3. In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following cancellation policy shall apply to the right of cancellation.

 

Revocation Right

The customer has the right to revoke from this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons. 

All international orders (except EU) are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of revocation, the customer must inform Ina Seifart, Wolliner Str. 18, 10435 Berlin, Germany, mail(at)inaseifart.de, phone: +49-176-83247375, of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, an e-mail or by returning the goods).

The customer may use the attached specimen revocation form, but this is not mandatory. 

Timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods shall suffice to comply with the revocation period.

 

Consequences of the Revocation 

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned. If the purchaser is unable to return the goods received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, he must compensate ina.seifart for the loss in value. In the event of revocation, the purchaser is obliged to return the goods to ina.seifart with sufficient postage. The customer bears the direct costs for returning the product.

As soon as we get your return and the items are in re-sellable condition, we will send you a refund for the items.  The corresponding value of the goods shall be transferred by ina.seifart using the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no case shall ina.seifart charge the customer any fees for this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.

You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within fourteen days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline.
